Join us for the First Annual Garden Crawl in the Inglewood and Maplewood neighborhoods of East Nashville TN! We will be touring a unique group of gardens that are focused on different themes and at different stages of development. Interested in learning more about the world of mushrooms? We will be practicing identifying mushrooms on a mushroom walk, and then returning to a classroom space to explore and learn about the mushrooms. Workshop by mycology obsessive, Jessica Nalbone of @burbsandthebeets,  in East Nashville TN!

November 8, 2020 – Nourishing Herbal Broths

Come learn how to nourish yourself and your family with delicious herbal and mushroom broths! Sara Schuster of @foxandelder is an herbalist and herb farmer who will guide the class through several different herbal broth preparations, as well as ways to incorporate these medicinal broths into your cooking in a variety of ways. You’ll go home with informative handouts and recipe sheets, as well as samples of what we try in class.
